These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.zaragems.com and any wholesale order placed with Zara Gems. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About Zara Gems

Zara Gems is a wholesale manufacturer and supplier of crystal, agate and gemstone products, based in Khambhat, Gujarat, India. We sell primarily to retailers, resellers, distributors and other businesses on a wholesale/bulk basis.

2. Wholesale ordering

  • Products on this site are sold on a wholesale basis and may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which is stated on the relevant product or category page, or provided on request.
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary based on order quantity, customisation, and current material costs. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
  • All quotes provided are valid for the period stated in the quotation, after which prices may be revised.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders below our stated MOQ.

3. Product information

Crystals, agate and gemstone products are natural materials. Because of this:

  • Colour, pattern, size and weight may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the images shown on our website
  • Minor natural variations are not considered defects
  • Where exact consistency is required (for example, private label or branded orders), please discuss your requirements with us before ordering so we can advise on what’s realistic

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the site unless otherwise agreed in writing for export orders.
  • Payment terms (advance payment, partial deposit, or other arrangements) will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any bank transfer charges, currency conversion differences, import duties, and taxes applicable in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Goods remain the property of Zara Gems until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Export documentation will be prepared and provided as agreed for international shipments. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm import requirements and permissible goods for their destination country before ordering.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Samples

Where samples are provided ahead of a bulk order, sample cost, shipping charges, and lead time will be confirmed at the time of request. Sample costs may be credited toward a confirmed bulk order at our discretion.

7. Custom and private label orders

For custom sizing, engraving, packaging, or private label orders, specifications should be confirmed and agreed in writing before production begins. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

8. Cancellations

Standard stock orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to any costs already incurred. Custom, private label, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as outlined in Section 7.

9. Returns and refunds

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including product photography, descriptions, logos and written content, is the property of Zara Gems and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, submitting false information through our forms, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zara Gems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays, natural variation in materials, or issues arising from third-party shipping and customs processes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an order placed with Zara Gems will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific export order.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
